Location: Office in Kyiv
Role Overview:
● Centralized management and development of the company's IT infrastructure.● Ensuring reliable operation of user automation tools (workstations, equipment, peripherals) and user support.● Development, implementation, and monitoring of IT and information security policies.● Planning and execution of projects aimed at developing and optimizing the IT infrastructure to support business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
● IT Infrastructure Management: Ensuring uninterrupted operation of servers, network systems, and software. Monitoring performance, optimizing systems, managing IT and security policies, and maintaining data backup processes. Overseeing technical maintenance and incident recovery.● User Support: Managing a technical support team to quickly resolve user issues, developing service desk procedures, and ensuring timely problem resolution.● Budgeting: Developing and overseeing the IT budget, and recommending investment in infrastructure development.● Vendor Management: Managing relationships with equipment, IT services, and solutions providers.● IT Projects: Planning and executing IT infrastructure upgrade projects, analyzing business needs, and offering optimization solutions.● Team Management: Organizing department work, assigning tasks, monitoring execution, and developing personnel skills.● Analytics and Reporting: Preparing reports on IT infrastructure status, user support quality, and project/task efficiency. Reporting on critical incidents and suggesting preventive measures.
Candidate Requirements:
● Strong understanding of corporate IT architecture and network technologies.● Knowledge of technologies such as:     • Networking: Cisco CCNP level or equivalent.      • Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V.     • Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux.     • Cloud Infrastructure: Azure, AWS.     • Microsoft Services: Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, and more.     • Network Security: Next-Generation Firewall, VPN, etc     • Endpoint Security: Endpoint Protection, EDR.● Experience implementing and maintaining IT systems in a corporate environment.● Experience automating IT processes (Python, Bash, PowerShell).● Leadership experience managing teams or departments.
