Charity Event for Employees in Honor of the Day of the Defender of Ukraine: Pancake Making Master Class

As our employees are actively involved in various volunteer projects aimed at supporting and helping our Armed Forces, we decided to abandon the traditional greetings during the celebration of the Day of the Defender of Ukraine. The emphasis was placed on organizing an event that would unite our employees internally and benefit our defenders in this difficult time when they are defending our homeland. As a result, we held a pancake-making workshop where everyone could learn how to make and try pancakes with different fillings. A fundraiser was also held in favor of a military hospital. We are grateful to each of our employees who joined our campaign and express our gratitude to all those who stand guard and protect our country from all evil.
Here is some information about how the master class went. The participants plunged into the world of taste and baking:
1. Preparing for baking:We started by teaching the basics of pancake baking. Everyone had the opportunity to touch the dough, feel its texture, and learn how to stir it properly to get perfect, thin pancakes.
2. Baking techniques:The workshop participants learned how to determine the optimal temperature of the frying pan to make pancakes tender and crispy at the same time. They knew the secrets of distributing the dough and turning it on the grill to ensure uniformity and deliciousness.
3. The art of choosing a filling:From salty to sweet, the company's employees had the opportunity to create pancakes that fit their taste. Boiled fillings, cottage cheese, berries, chocolate - it was impossible to take your eyes off the variety of delicious fillings.
4. Tasting together:The most enjoyable part was sharing the creations of each participant. We enjoyed the taste of homemade pancakes that traveled from each participant's hand to our table.
This master class was an opportunity to learn how to bake pancakes and a shared experience that enriched us with new knowledge and tastes.
