● In today's digital landscape, characterized by increasingly complex and destructive cyber threats, effective cybersecurity management is emerging as a cornerstone of every company's success.
Our collaboration with Silpo has spanned four years, during which we've engaged in numerous significant projects, including implementing the Cyber Security Operations Center (SOC).
Among the solutions we selected was IBM Security QRadar, a comprehensive threat detection and response solution. It integrates security incident and event management (SIEM) functionalities with additional modules tailored to tackle emerging cybersecurity challenges.
Through our team's collective efforts and professionalism, we've elevated the level of protection for information systems against cyber threats. Prompt responses to cyber incidents and adaptability to project changes have been critical outcomes of our collaboration.
In addition, we have implemented our software products, such as ITS Inventory, ITS Service Desk, and ITS Incident Management, to support such tasks:● ITS Inventory allows the collection of configuration information about individual elements of the IT infrastructure (hosts, users, domains, etc.) in real-time.● ITS Incident Management enables the launch of response scenarios to instantly detect cybersecurity incidents, eliminating the need to wait for human intervention. While it can operate independently, its functionalities expand significantly when integrated with the ITS Inventory module, enhancing its settings and capabilities.● ITS Userventory inventories and monitors various accounts and access levels to individual infrastructure elements. It allows you to comprehensively track the compliance of access levels with the established rules and identify inconsistencies in real-time.
These tools have helped us implement automated configuration controls for IT infrastructure components and Active Directory account requirements, reduced the time it takes to process cybersecurity incidents, and improved the work of SOC analysts.
The consolidation of data and the comprehensive information gathered about all IT infrastructure components enabled thorough analysis. This analysis identified blind spots in the coverage of IT assets by cybersecurity tools and facilitated planning for the further scaling of IS systems. Additionally, it enabled the creation of a reliable, up-to-date data source on the IT infrastructure rooted in the SOC.
In summary, the software products we've implemented have significantly streamlined Silpo-Food LLC's cybersecurity operations. They have played a pivotal role in elevating the level of protection for our information systems.
