Responsibilities:
● Analyse competitors' bids for errors.● Prepare winning bid packages.● Oversee auction processes.● Prepare open and simplified tenders.● Calculate and prepare specifications and commercial offers.● Negotiate with suppliers.● Ensure timely contract signing and payment.
Requirements:
● 1+ year of experience with tender platforms (Prozorro).● Experience with IT services/products in tenders.● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.● Understanding of IT technical terms.● Strong communication and multitasking skills.
